🍽️ Crunchy Oat Bars

Ingredients
- butter 180 g
- honey 120 g
- oats, fine 200 g
- vanilla sugar 0.5 tsp
- cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- cranberries, dried 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Melt the butter and honey in a pot over low heat.
- 3. Stir the mixture until it is smooth and homogeneous.
- 4. Add the oats, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and cranberries to the mixture.
- 5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 7. Spread the dough on the tray to a thickness of about 2 to 3 centimeters.
- 8. Bake the bars for approx. 20 minutes until golden yellow.
- 9. Remove the tray from the oven when the edges start to firm up.
- 10. Let the bars cool down for a short while.
- 11. Cut the cooled bars into the desired shapes.
