Ingredients
- We flour, Type 405 600 g
- oil 4 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
- water 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, oil, salt, and water into a mixing bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients on the kneading setting for 1 minute until you have a smooth dough.
- 3. Wrap the dough in cling film.
- 4. Let the dough rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Continue processing the tart dough according to the rest of the recipe.
- 6. Bake the dough at 180 °C (top and bottom heat) for about 8 minutes.
