  4. 4. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  5. 5. Let the dough rest at room temperature.
  6. 6. Stir 150 grams of crème fraîche with two tablespoons of apricot jam in a bowl.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Wash the spring onions and shake them dry.
  9. 9. Cut off the root ends of the spring onions.
  10. 10. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  11. 11. Slice the goat cheese.
  12. 12. Tear the ham into coarse pieces.
