🍽️ Crispy Tarte Flambée with Mushrooms and Bacon

Ingredients
- mushrooms, white 250 g
- spring onions 1 bunch
- thyme, fresh 10 g
- goat cream cheese 150 g
- crème fraîche 75 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc.
- wheat flour, type 405 30 g
- bacon strips 250 g
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms if necessary using a kitchen towel and slice them thinly.
- 2. Wash the spring onions thoroughly, dry them, and slice them into rings after removing the root ends.
- 3. Wash the thyme, pat it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them coarsely.
- 4. In a bowl, mix together the goat fresh cheese, the crème fraîche, and the chopped thyme.
- 5. Season the cheese mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 7. Take out the pizza dough and roll it out thinly, keeping the tomato sauce aside for another use.
- 8. Divide the dough into two equal halves.
- 9. Continue to roll out each half on a surface lightly dusted with flour until it reaches the size of a baking sheet.
- 10. Place the two dough bases on two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- 11. Spread the prepared goat cheese mixture evenly over each dough half.
- 12. Generously top the tarte flambée with the mushroom slices.
- 13. Sprinkle the spring onion rings and the bacon strips over the top.
- 14. Bake the tarte flambée one after the other in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes until crispy.
- 15. Sprinkle the finished tarte flambée with a little more pepper before serving.
