  6. 6. Mix crème fraîche with salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a cup.
  7. 7. Slice the Camembert cheese.
  8. 8. Halve the onions and peel them.
  9. 9. Cut the onions into rings.
  10. 10. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
  11. 11. Halve the grapes.
  12. 12. Divide the dough into two portions.
  13. 13. Dust a work surface with flour.
  14. 14. Roll out the dough portions thinly.
  15. 15. Spread the crème fraîche mixture over the dough plates.
  16. 16. Top the dough plates with Camembert, onions, and grapes.
  17. 17. Place the flammkuchen one by one on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  18. 18. Bake the flammkuchen for about 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
