🍽️ Flammkuchen with Camembert and Grapes

Ingredients
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Water 100 ml
- crème fraîche 200 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Nutmeg, ground pinch
- camembert 200 g
- Onions, red 1 pc
- Grapes, light 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, oil, salt, and water into a bowl.
- 2. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 3. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
- 4. Let the dough rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 240 °C (convection).
- 6. Mix crème fraîche with salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a cup.
- 7. Slice the Camembert cheese.
- 8. Halve the onions and peel them.
- 9. Cut the onions into rings.
- 10. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 11. Halve the grapes.
- 12. Divide the dough into two portions.
- 13. Dust a work surface with flour.
- 14. Roll out the dough portions thinly.
- 15. Spread the crème fraîche mixture over the dough plates.
- 16. Top the dough plates with Camembert, onions, and grapes.
- 17. Place the flammkuchen one by one on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 18. Bake the flammkuchen for about 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- 19. Serve the flammkuchen hot.
