  1. 1. Peel the garlic clove and dice it very finely.
  2. 2. Mix 100 grams of yogurt with the spices and the finely diced garlic in a bowl.
  3. 3. Season the yogurt mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Rinse the turkey breast fillet under cold water and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
  5. 5. Cut the turkey meat into thin strips.
  6. 6. Place the meat strips in the yogurt marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  7. 7. Wash the radishes thoroughly under running water.
  8. 8. Remove the green leaves and the root ends of the radishes.
  9. 9. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  10. 10. Place the radish slices in a separate bowl.
  11. 11. Mix the radishes with the remaining yogurt.
  12. 12. Season the radish-yogurt mixture with a pinch of salt.
  13. 13. Cut the red onion in half lengthwise.
  14. 14. Remove the outer skin from the onion halves.
  15. 15. Cut the peeled onion halves into thin rings or strips.
  16. 16. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  17. 17. Dry the spring onions well with a cloth or kitchen paper.
  18. 18. Cut off the hard root ends of the spring onions.
  19. 19. Take the marinated turkey strips out of the yogurt marinade.
  20. 20. Shake off excess marinade from the meat.
  21. 21. Preheat your grill.
  22. 22. Place the turkey strips on the hot grill.
  23. 23. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes.
  24. 24. After about 5 minutes, also place the spring onions on the grill.
  25. 25. Grill the spring onions along with the meat.
  26. 26. Slice the flatbreads lengthwise.
  27. 27. Place the flatbreads on the grill briefly to warm them up.
  28. 28. Carefully remove the grilled spring onions from the grill grate.
  29. 29. Cut the spring onions into bite-sized pieces.
  30. 30. Top the warm flatbreads with the curry turkey strips.
  31. 31. Distribute the grilled spring onion pieces over the meat.
  32. 32. Add the red onion rings as a topping.
  33. 33. Spoon the radish yogurt generously over the flatbread.
  34. 34. Cut the topped flatbreads into portions.
  35. 35. Plate the dish and serve it immediately.
