🍽️ Flatbread with Curry Turkey and Radish Yogurt

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs
- yogurt, plain 350 g
- curry powder 1 tsp
- oregano, dried 0.5 tsp
- paprika, sweet 0.5 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- turkey breast fillet 600 g
- radishes 1 bunch
- onions, red 2 pcs
- spring onions 1 bunch
- flatbread 1 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and dice it very finely.
- 2. Mix 100 grams of yogurt with the spices and the finely diced garlic in a bowl.
- 3. Season the yogurt mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4. Rinse the turkey breast fillet under cold water and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
- 5. Cut the turkey meat into thin strips.
- 6. Place the meat strips in the yogurt marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 7. Wash the radishes thoroughly under running water.
- 8. Remove the green leaves and the root ends of the radishes.
- 9. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 10. Place the radish slices in a separate bowl.
- 11. Mix the radishes with the remaining yogurt.
- 12. Season the radish-yogurt mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 13. Cut the red onion in half lengthwise.
- 14. Remove the outer skin from the onion halves.
- 15. Cut the peeled onion halves into thin rings or strips.
- 16. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 17. Dry the spring onions well with a cloth or kitchen paper.
- 18. Cut off the hard root ends of the spring onions.
- 19. Take the marinated turkey strips out of the yogurt marinade.
- 20. Shake off excess marinade from the meat.
- 21. Preheat your grill.
- 22. Place the turkey strips on the hot grill.
- 23. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes.
- 24. After about 5 minutes, also place the spring onions on the grill.
- 25. Grill the spring onions along with the meat.
- 26. Slice the flatbreads lengthwise.
- 27. Place the flatbreads on the grill briefly to warm them up.
- 28. Carefully remove the grilled spring onions from the grill grate.
- 29. Cut the spring onions into bite-sized pieces.
- 30. Top the warm flatbreads with the curry turkey strips.
- 31. Distribute the grilled spring onion pieces over the meat.
- 32. Add the red onion rings as a topping.
- 33. Spoon the radish yogurt generously over the flatbread.
- 34. Cut the topped flatbreads into portions.
- 35. Plate the dish and serve it immediately.
