  3. 3. Heat the mixture at 37 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes on setting 1.
  4. 4. Now add the flour, the olive oil, and the salt.
  5. 5. Knead the dough using the dough knead function for 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Lightly grease a bowl with oil.
  7. 7. Lift the sticky dough into the prepared bowl using a spatula.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  11. 11. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a spatula.
  12. 12. Shape the dough into a flat bread using hands lightly dusted with flour.
  13. 13. Whisk one egg with 20 milliliters of room-temperature water.
  14. 14. Brush the flatbread with the egg mixture.
  15. 15. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the surface.
