🍽️ Crispy Sesame Flatbread

Ingredients
- water 370 ml
- sugar 10 g
- yeast, fresh 25 g
- wheat flour, Type 550 510 g
- olive oil 25 ml
- salt 2 tsp
- oil for greasing 1 tbsp
- eggs 1 pc.
- sesame, white 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Pour 370 milliliters of lukewarm water and the sugar into the mixing container.
- 2. Crumble the yeast into the liquid.
- 3. Heat the mixture at 37 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes on setting 1.
- 4. Now add the flour, the olive oil, and the salt.
- 5. Knead the dough using the dough knead function for 2 minutes.
- 6. Lightly grease a bowl with oil.
- 7. Lift the sticky dough into the prepared bowl using a spatula.
- 8. Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel.
- 9. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 11. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a spatula.
- 12. Shape the dough into a flat bread using hands lightly dusted with flour.
- 13. Whisk one egg with 20 milliliters of room-temperature water.
- 14. Brush the flatbread with the egg mixture.
- 15. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the surface.
- 16. Bake the bread for about 15 minutes until it is golden brown.
- 17. Let the bread cool completely on a wire rack.
