Ingredients
- mini cucumbers 2 pcs.
- mixed leaf salad 0.25 pcs.
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- pickles 2 pcs.
- sour cream 150 g
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
- fish sticks 12 pcs.
- rolls 4 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the snack cucumbers under running water.
- 2. Cut off the ends of the cucumbers.
- 3. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
- 4. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves from each other.
- 5. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- 6. Dry the lettuce leaves well.
- 7. Wash the parsley under running water.
- 8. Dry the parsley.
- 9. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 10. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 11. Cut the gherkins into small cubes.
- 12. Put the sour cream into a bowl.
- 13. Add the mayonnaise to the sour cream.
- 14. Add the mustard to the mixture.
- 15. Mix the ingredients for the remoulade well.
- 16. Add the chopped parsley to the remoulade.
- 17. Add the cubed gherkins to the remoulade.
- 18. Season the remoulade with salt.
- 19. Season the remoulade with pepper.
- 20. Put the oil into a frying pan.
- 21. Heat the oil at high temperature.
- 22. Place the fish sticks into the hot pan.
- 23. Fry the fish sticks for about 5 minutes.
- 24. Fry the fish sticks until golden brown.
- 25. Slice the buns open.
- 26. Spread some remoulade on the buns.
- 27. Place the lettuce leaves on the buns.
- 28. Place the cucumber slices on the lettuce.
- 29. Place the fish sticks on the cucumbers.
- 30. Serve the sandwich with the remaining remoulade.
