  1. 1. Let the cod thaw ideally overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (top/bottom heat). Finely chop the dill. Bring the cream and peas to a boil in a pot. Add the dill and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Rinse the cod, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Place the fish in a baking dish and pour the cream sauce over it. Roll out the puff pastry over the baking dish, press the edges firmly and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
