  1. 1. Thaw the salmon overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Wash the salmon, pat it dry, and cut it into rough chunks.
  3. 3. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
  4. 4. Wash the salad greens and let them drain well.
  5. 5. Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
  6. 6. Wash the herbs, shake off excess water, and remove the thick stems.
  7. 7. Wash the lemon under hot water.
  8. 8. Finely grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest.
  9. 9. Squeeze out the lemon juice.
  10. 10. Place half of the herbs into the mixing bowl.
  11. 11. Chop the herbs for 4 seconds on speed 8.
  12. 12. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  13. 13. Add the yogurt, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of sugar, salt, and pepper.
  14. 14. Mix the sauce for 20 seconds on speed 8.
  15. 15. Add the remaining herbs to the mixing bowl.
  16. 16. Chop the herbs for 4 seconds on speed 8.
  17. 17. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  18. 18. Add the salmon, lemon zest, one teaspoon of lemon juice, an egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  19. 19. Mix the mixture for 10 seconds on speed 6.
  20. 20. Form about four salmon patties from the mixture.
  21. 21. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan on high heat.
  22. 22. Fry the salmon patties in the hot oil for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  23. 23. Let the patties drain on kitchen paper.
  24. 24. Toast the burger buns in the frying fat for about 2 minutes.
  25. 25. Spread some of the prepared sauce on the bottom of the buns.
  26. 26. Place the salmon patties on the buns.
  27. 27. Top the patties with cucumber slices, salad, and onion rings.
  28. 28. Spread some sauce on the top of the buns as well.
  29. 29. Place the top bun on the burger and serve.
