🍽️ Salmon Burgers with Fresh Sauce

Ingredients
- salmon fillet, frozen 600 g
- courgettes 0.5 pc.
- corn salad mix 80 g
- onions, red 1 pc.
- dill, fresh 10 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- yogurt, plain 200 g
- sugar pinch
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- eggs 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs 40 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- hamburger buns 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the salmon overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Wash the salmon, pat it dry, and cut it into rough chunks.
- 3. Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
- 4. Wash the salad greens and let them drain well.
- 5. Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
- 6. Wash the herbs, shake off excess water, and remove the thick stems.
- 7. Wash the lemon under hot water.
- 8. Finely grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest.
- 9. Squeeze out the lemon juice.
- 10. Place half of the herbs into the mixing bowl.
- 11. Chop the herbs for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 12. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- 13. Add the yogurt, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of sugar, salt, and pepper.
- 14. Mix the sauce for 20 seconds on speed 8.
- 15. Add the remaining herbs to the mixing bowl.
- 16. Chop the herbs for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 17. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- 18. Add the salmon, lemon zest, one teaspoon of lemon juice, an egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- 19. Mix the mixture for 10 seconds on speed 6.
- 20. Form about four salmon patties from the mixture.
- 21. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan on high heat.
- 22. Fry the salmon patties in the hot oil for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 23. Let the patties drain on kitchen paper.
- 24. Toast the burger buns in the frying fat for about 2 minutes.
- 25. Spread some of the prepared sauce on the bottom of the buns.
- 26. Place the salmon patties on the buns.
- 27. Top the patties with cucumber slices, salad, and onion rings.
- 28. Spread some sauce on the top of the buns as well.
- 29. Place the top bun on the burger and serve.
