  3. 3. Rinse the green asparagus thoroughly.
  4. 4. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus stalks.
  5. 5. Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus stalks.
  6. 6. Cut the lemon in half.
  7. 7. Squeeze the juice from one half of the lemon.
  8. 8. Slice the other half of the lemon into thin slices.
  9. 9. Rinse the cod and shrimp under cold water.
  10. 10. Pat the fish and shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
  11. 11. Pour the lemon juice into a small bowl.
  12. 12. Mix the lemon juice with honey, salt, and pepper.
  13. 13. Drizzle the marinade evenly over the cod and shrimp.
  14. 14. Divide the baking paper into four equal pieces.
  15. 15. Place the asparagus stalks on the baking paper pieces.
  16. 16. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus.
  17. 17. Season the asparagus with a pinch of salt.
  18. 18. Place the lemon slices on top of the asparagus.

  20. 20. Fold the edges of the baking paper over the filling to close the packets.
