  1. 1. Wash the pepper thoroughly, quarter it, remove the stem and seeds, and cut into small cubes. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a pan over medium to high heat and brown the pepper for about 2–3 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and sunflower seeds and fry for another 3–4 minutes. Season with 1 tsp oregano and pepper, then set aside to cool.
  3. 3. Drain the feta slightly and mash it with a fork. In a bowl, mix the feta, quark, and the fried pepper mixture well. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
