🍽️ Feta Pepper Dip

Ingredients
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 2 pc.
- olive oil 2 tbsp.
- sunflower seeds 50 g
- oregano, dried 1 tsp.
- pepper, black ground pinch
- feta 200 g
- quark 20% fat in dry matter 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pepper thoroughly, quarter it, remove the stem and seeds, and cut into small cubes. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a pan over medium to high heat and brown the pepper for about 2–3 minutes.
- 2. Add the garlic and sunflower seeds and fry for another 3–4 minutes. Season with 1 tsp oregano and pepper, then set aside to cool.
- 3. Drain the feta slightly and mash it with a fork. In a bowl, mix the feta, quark, and the fried pepper mixture well. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
