  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes into slices about two centimeters thick.
  4. 4. Place the potato slices in a bowl.
  5. 5. Add two tablespoons of oil and some salt.
  6. 6. Mix everything well so the slices are evenly coated.
  7. 7. Arrange the potato slices flat on a baking sheet.
  8. 8. Place the tray on the lowest rack.
  9. 9. Bake the potatoes for about 18 to 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Wash the bowl immediately afterwards.
  11. 11. Wash the oranges under running water.
  12. 12. Take two oranges and cut them in half.
  13. 13. Squeeze the juice from these two halves.
  14. 14. Take the remaining oranges.
  15. 15. Peel them completely using a sharp knife.
  16. 16. Remove the white skin under the peel as well.
  17. 17. Cut the fruits in a V-shape along the membranes.
  18. 18. This releases the individual fruit segments.
