Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- tomatoes, dried 60 g
- cashew nuts 30 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- olive oil 50 ml
- feta 400 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Drain the tomatoes.
- 3. Put the garlic and tomatoes into the mixing container.
- 4. Place the measuring cup on top.
- 5. Chop the ingredients for 15 seconds on speed 7.
- 6. Push any pieces down from the wall with a spatula.
- 7. Add the cashew nuts.
- 8. Add a pinch of salt.
- 9. Add two pinches of pepper.
- 10. Place the measuring cup back on top.
- 11. Mix the mass for 10 seconds on speed 6.
- 12. Push the mass down with the spatula.
- 13. Repeat the mixing process if necessary.
- 14. Pour the olive oil into the container.
- 15. Place the measuring cup on top.
- 16. Mix the pesto sauce for 10 seconds on speed 6.
- 17. Halve the feta cheese.
- 18. Place one half of the cheese on a piece of aluminum foil.
- 19. Spread half of the pesto over the cheese.
- 20. Fold the aluminum foil into a closed packet.
- 21. Rinse out the mixing container.
- 22. Fill 1 liter of warm water into the mixing container.
- 23. Place the packet into the deep steamer insert.
- 24. Place the steamer insert on top of the mixing container.
- 25. Close the device.
- 26. Steam the dish for 15 minutes using the steam cooking function.
- 27. Serve the hot feta immediately.
