Ingredients
- cream cheese, plain 150 g
- feta 100 g
- organic lemon 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 2 pc.
- dill, fresh 15 g
- parsley, fresh 15 g
- spring onions 2 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Put the cream cheese into a large bowl.
- 2. Mix the cream cheese with a hand mixer until it is very creamy.
- 3. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces with your fingers.
- 4. Wash the lemon under hot water.
- 5. Grate the fine, orange-colored zest of the lemon finely.
- 6. Squeeze the juice out of half the lemon.
- 7. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 8. Chop the garlic very finely or press it through a garlic press.
- 9. Wash the fresh herbs and the spring onions.
- 10. Dry the herbs and onions well.
- 11. Chop the herbs and spring onions finely.
- 12. Add the crumbled feta, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and spring onions to the cream cheese mixture.
- 13. Gently fold all ingredients together with a spoon until well combined.
- 14. Serve the dip with grilled bread, grilled fish, or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
