  7. 7. Strip the rosemary needles from the stems.
  8. 8. Finely chop the needles.
  9. 9. Wash the thyme and dry it as well.
  10. 10. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  11. 11. Trim the ends of the zucchini.
  12. 12. Slice the zucchini into rounds.
  13. 13. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  14. 14. Remove the stems from the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Cut the onions in half.
  16. 16. Peel the onions.
  17. 17. Cut the onions into quarters.
  18. 18. Separate the onion layers.
  19. 19. Place the prepared vegetables in a bowl.
  20. 20. Add the thyme to the vegetables.
