🍽️ Grilled Feta in Foil Packets

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs
- thyme, fresh 10 g
- cherry tomatoes 250 g
- feta 400 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- honey 4 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Press the garlic cloves flat with the flat side of a knife and peel off the skin.
- 2. Wash the thyme sprigs and shake them dry.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 4. Place two large sheets of aluminum foil on a clean work surface.
- 5. Cut the feta into two equal pieces and place them in the center of the foil.
- 6. Distribute the peeled garlic, thyme, and tomatoes evenly over the cheese pieces.
- 7. Drizzle olive oil and honey over the ingredients.
- 8. Season everything with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 9. Fold the edges of the aluminum foil upwards and seal the packets loosely to create two separate packs.
- 10. Preheat your grill to the desired temperature.
- 11. Place the feta packets on the grill grate.
- 12. Grill the packets for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- 13. Remove the packets from the grill.
- 14. Let the feta cool down briefly before serving.
