  2. 2. Roast the pine nuts in the pan without fat for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown, shaking the pan constantly.
  3. 3. Remove the pine nuts from the pan and set them aside.
  4. 4. Drain the peperoni in a sieve.
  5. 5. Remove the tough stems from the peperoni.
  6. 6. Finely chop the peperoni.
  7. 7. Finely chop the raisins as well.
  8. 8. Crumble the feta roughly into a tall container.
  9. 9. Add 4 tablespoons of water to the feta.
  10. 10. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  11. 11. Fold in the chopped peperoni into the feta cream.
  12. 12. Add oregano.
  13. 13. Fold in the chopped raisins.
  14. 14. Season the dip generously with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Transfer the feta dip into a serving bowl.
  16. 16. Drizzle some olive oil over the dip.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the roasted pine nuts on top.
  18. 18. Serve the dip with ciabatta bread.
