🍳 Creamy Feta Dip with Peperoni and Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- pine nuts 2 tbsp
- peppers, pickled 100 g
- raisins 20 g
- feta 200 g
- water 4 tbsp
- oregano, dried 0.5 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan over low heat.
- 2. Roast the pine nuts in the pan without fat for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown, shaking the pan constantly.
- 3. Remove the pine nuts from the pan and set them aside.
- 4. Drain the peperoni in a sieve.
- 5. Remove the tough stems from the peperoni.
- 6. Finely chop the peperoni.
- 7. Finely chop the raisins as well.
- 8. Crumble the feta roughly into a tall container.
- 9. Add 4 tablespoons of water to the feta.
- 10. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- 11. Fold in the chopped peperoni into the feta cream.
- 12. Add oregano.
- 13. Fold in the chopped raisins.
- 14. Season the dip generously with salt and pepper.
- 15. Transfer the feta dip into a serving bowl.
- 16. Drizzle some olive oil over the dip.
- 17. Sprinkle the roasted pine nuts on top.
- 18. Serve the dip with ciabatta bread.
