🍽️ Lamb's Lettuce with Beetroot and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- Corn salad 500 g
- Red beet, pre-cooked 500 g
- Goat cheese roll 200 g
- Onions, red 3 pcs.
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 3 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Baguette 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lamb's lettuce thoroughly and let it drain. Drain the beetroot, cut it in half and slice it thinly. Cut the goat cheese into thin slices. Halve the onion, peel it and slice it into strips.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the onions for about 5 minutes.
- 3. In a bowl, mix honey with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Combine the lamb's lettuce, beetroot, and onions in the bowl with the dressing. Arrange on plates and serve with goat cheese and baguette.
