  4. 4. Cut the asparagus stalks diagonally into about three equal pieces.
  5. 5. Wash the corn salad.
  6. 6. Dry the corn salad in a salad spinner.
  7. 7. Wash the strawberries.
  8. 8. Remove the green stem from the strawberries.
  9. 9. Slice the strawberries thinly.
  10. 10. Halve a lemon.
  11. 11. Squeeze the juice from the half lemon.
  12. 12. Put 5 tablespoons of the strawberries into a tall container.
  13. 13. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the strawberries.
  14. 14. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  15. 15. Puree the mixture into a vinaigrette.
  16. 16. Season the vinaigrette with salt.
  17. 17. Season the vinaigrette with pepper.
  18. 18. Add a pinch of sugar.
  19. 19. Taste the vinaigrette.
  20. 20. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
