🍽️ Field Salad with Fried Asparagus and Strawberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- green asparagus 2 bunch
- corn salad 250 g
- strawberries 400 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the asparagus thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus stalks.
- 3. Remove the woody ends of the asparagus.
- 4. Cut the asparagus stalks diagonally into about three equal pieces.
- 5. Wash the corn salad.
- 6. Dry the corn salad in a salad spinner.
- 7. Wash the strawberries.
- 8. Remove the green stem from the strawberries.
- 9. Slice the strawberries thinly.
- 10. Halve a lemon.
- 11. Squeeze the juice from the half lemon.
- 12. Put 5 tablespoons of the strawberries into a tall container.
- 13. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the strawberries.
- 14. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 15. Puree the mixture into a vinaigrette.
- 16. Season the vinaigrette with salt.
- 17. Season the vinaigrette with pepper.
- 18. Add a pinch of sugar.
- 19. Taste the vinaigrette.
- 20. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
- 21. Set the pan to medium heat.
- 22. Fry the asparagus in the pan.
- 23. Fry the asparagus for about 5 minutes.
- 24. Season the asparagus with salt.
- 25. Season the asparagus with pepper.
- 26. Remove the asparagus from the pan.
- 27. Put the warm asparagus into a bowl.
- 28. Add the corn salad to the bowl.
- 29. Add the sliced strawberries to the bowl.
- 30. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the bowl.
- 31. Mix all ingredients in the bowl.
- 32. Plate the corn salad.
- 33. Place the fried asparagus on the salad.
- 34. Drizzle the salad with the strawberry vinaigrette.
