  1. 1. Tear the lamb's lettuce and radicchio into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly.
  3. 3. Dry the salad in a salad spinner or with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Place the dry salad on a large serving plate.
  5. 5. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the walnuts evenly over the salad.
  7. 7. Wash the figs under running water.
  8. 8. Cut the figs into quarters.
  9. 9. Distribute the figs nicely over the salad.
  10. 10. Put balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
  11. 11. Mix the ingredients for the dressing vigorously.
  12. 12. Add the oil gradually and stir it in.
  13. 13. Drizzle the finished dressing over the entire salad.
  14. 14. Shave fresh Parmesan over the salad.
  15. 15. Place the slices of Parma ham on the salad as you like.
