🍽️ Fresh Fig Salad with Parma Ham

Ingredients
- Valerian salad 250 g
- Radicchio 1 pc.
- Figs 6 pc.
- Walnut kernels 80 g
- Balsamic vinegar, dark 2 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Honey 3 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Olive oil 6 tbsp
- Parmesan 60 g
- Parma ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Tear the lamb's lettuce and radicchio into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly.
- 3. Dry the salad in a salad spinner or with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Place the dry salad on a large serving plate.
- 5. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- 6. Sprinkle the walnuts evenly over the salad.
- 7. Wash the figs under running water.
- 8. Cut the figs into quarters.
- 9. Distribute the figs nicely over the salad.
- 10. Put balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
- 11. Mix the ingredients for the dressing vigorously.
- 12. Add the oil gradually and stir it in.
- 13. Drizzle the finished dressing over the entire salad.
- 14. Shave fresh Parmesan over the salad.
- 15. Place the slices of Parma ham on the salad as you like.
