🍽️ Fig Bites with Beetroot

Ingredients
- beetroot in a jar, slices 150 g
- figs 4 pcs.
- camembert 150 g
- sour cream 80 g
- mustard 3 tsp
- honey 2 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- pumpernickel 16 slices
Instructions
- 1. Drain the beetroot in a sieve. Halve two figs, scoop out the flesh and chop it. Wash the remaining figs, cut them and quarter them. Cut the Camembert into about 16 cubes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, mustard, and honey well, fold in the fig flesh, and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Quarter the pumpernickel rounds, top them with beetroot and fig slices, spread the fig-mustard cream on top, and place a Camembert cube on each.
