🍽️ Fig and Ham Squares

Ingredients
- basil, fresh 25 g
- figs 4 pcs.
- cream cheese, plain 120 g
- sea salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- honey 1 tsp
- parma ham 100 g
- whole wheat toast 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basil thoroughly, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Peel the figs and dice them finely. Mix them with cream cheese in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and honey.
- 2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown, spread the fig-cream cheese mixture on top, and cut them in half. Top with basil leaves and a slice of ham each. Sprinkle with a bit of pepper and serve the fig and ham squares.
