  6. 6. Mix the ingredients briefly with a spatula.
  7. 7. Spread the meringue mixture in a slightly wavy pattern onto baking paper.
  8. 8. Reduce the oven temperature to 110 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  9. 9. Bake the meringue base for 40 to 45 minutes until it is dry.
  10. 10. Whip the cream together with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until almost stiff.
  11. 11. Stir the sour cream into the whipped cream.
  12. 12. Spread the finished cream onto the cooled meringue base.
  13. 13. Wash the figs and cut them into wedges.
  14. 14. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
  15. 15. Melt the chocolate coating in the microwave or over a water bath.
  16. 16. Distribute the melted chocolate coating over the cream.
  17. 17. Decorate the dessert with the fig wedges and the pistachios.
  18. 18. Grate small curls from dark chocolate coating over the top if desired.
