Ingredients
- Red bell pepper 2 pcs.
- Carrots 3 pcs.
- Parsley, fresh 15 g
- Ground beef 600 g
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 3 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Shallots 2 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Leaf spinach 400 g
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 3. Halve the bell peppers and remove the stems and seeds.
- 4. Cut the pepper flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Wash the carrot.
- 6. Peel the carrot.
- 7. Trim the ends of the carrot.
- 8. Grate the carrot coarsely into a bowl.
- 9. Wash the parsley.
- 10. Dry the parsley thoroughly.
- 11. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 12. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 13. Add the pepper cubes, grated carrot, and chopped parsley to a large bowl.
- 14. Add the minced meat to the bowl.
- 15. Add the eggs to the bowl.
- 16. Add the flour to the bowl.
- 17. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 18. Season the mixture with salt.
- 19. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 20. Place the meat mixture into a baking dish.
- 21. Shape the mixture into a meatloaf.
- 22. Ensure the loaf is about 12 centimeters long and 5 centimeters high.
- 23. Bake the meatloaf in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- 24. Halve the shallots.
- 25. Peel the shallots.
- 26. Dice the shallots finely.
- 27. Wash the tomatoes.
- 28. Halve the tomatoes.
- 29. Wash the spinach.
- 30. Dry the spinach thoroughly.
- 31. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 32. Sauté the tomatoes and shallots in the butter for about 2 minutes.
- 33. Add the spinach to the pan.
- 34. Season the spinach with salt.
- 35. Season the spinach with pepper.
- 36. Add a little sugar to the spinach.
- 37. Remove the meatloaf from the oven.
- 38. Slice the meatloaf.
- 39. Plate the spinach and tomatoes.
- 40. Place the meatloaf slices on top of the spinach.
- 41. Serve the meatloaf on the spinach bed.
