  1. 1. Bring about 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. 2. Carefully place the 4 eggs into the bubbling water.
  3. 3. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
  4. 4. Drain the hot water and immediately rinse the eggs under cold water to stop the cooking process (this is called shocking).
  5. 5. Peel the cooled eggs completely and set them aside.
  6. 6. Peel the onions and the garlic.
  7. 7. Dice the onions and garlic into very small pieces.
  8. 8. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
  9. 9. Dry the parsley well.
  10. 10. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  11. 11. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  12. 12. Pour the milk over the bread rolls.
  13. 13. Let the bread rolls soak in the milk for about 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Mash the soaked bread rolls into a paste using a fork.
  15. 15. Add the minced meat to the bread mixture.
  16. 16. Add the raw egg to the mixture.
  17. 17. Season with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  19. 19. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat).
  20. 20. Line a loaf pan with a length of 26 centimeters with slices of bacon.
  21. 21. Put half of the minced meat mixture into the prepared pan.
  22. 22. Place the boiled eggs in the center on top of the minced meat layer.
  23. 23. Cover the eggs with the remaining minced meat mixture.
  24. 24. Smooth the surface of the mixture.
  25. 25. Cover the top of the pan again with the remaining bacon slices.
  26. 26. Place the pan on the middle rack in the oven.
  27. 27. Bake the Falscher Hase for about 60 minutes.
  28. 28. Take the Falscher Hase out of the oven.
  29. 29. Let it cool down briefly.
  30. 30. Slice the Falscher Hase.
  31. 31. Plate the dish and enjoy it.
