  1. 1. Pour the chickpeas into a sieve and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Wash the parsley and coriander, shake them dry, and remove the thick stems.
  3. 3. Roughly chop the parsley and coriander.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic and chop it roughly.
  5. 5. Halve the shallot, peel it, and chop it roughly.
  6. 6. Place the chickpeas, chopped vegetables, cumin, salt, and chili flakes into a tall container.
  7. 7. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  8. 8. Stir the breadcrumbs into the mixture.
  9. 9. Lightly wet your hands.
  10. 10. Shape four burger patties from the mixture.
  11. 11. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  12. 12. Finely chop the dill.
  13. 13. Place the soy yogurt into a bowl.
  14. 14. Stir the chopped dill and a pinch of salt into the yogurt.
  15. 15. Wash the cucumber and dry it.
  16. 16. Slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips.
  17. 17. Shred the red cabbage into very fine strips.
  18. 18. Place the red cabbage, vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
  19. 19. Knead the red cabbage with your hands for two to three minutes.
  20. 20. Preheat the grill.
  21. 21. Grill the burger patties for three to four minutes per side until crispy.
  22. 22. Top the burger buns with the red cabbage.
  23. 23. Place the grilled falafel patties on top.
  24. 24. Distribute the herb yogurt and cucumber slices over the burgers.
