🍰 Exotic Fruit Salad with Cinnamon Quark

Ingredients
- Kaki 2 pcs.
- Mango 1 pcs.
- Kiwi 2 pcs.
- Organic Limes 1 pcs.
- Quark 40 % fat in dry matter 250 g
- Crème fraîche 4 tbsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the persimmons under running water.
- 2. Cut the persimmons into quarters and remove the core.
- 3. Cut the persimmon flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Peel the mango.
- 5. Carefully separate the flesh from the pit.
- 6. Cut the mango flesh into cubes as well.
- 7. Peel the kiwis.
- 8. Cut the kiwis into bite-sized pieces.
- 9. Cut the lime in half.
- 10. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 11. Place all prepared fruits into a large bowl.
- 12. Pour the lime juice over the fruits.
- 13. Mix the fruits thoroughly with the juice.
- 14. Take a second, clean bowl.
- 15. Add the quark to the bowl.
- 16. Add the crème fraîche.
- 17. Add the sugar.
- 18. Add the cinnamon.
- 19. Stir the quark mixture vigorously until smooth.
- 20. Place the cinnamon quark on the plates.
- 21. Place the fruit salad next to it.
- 22. Enjoy your meal!
