  5. 5. Carefully separate the flesh from the pit.
  6. 6. Cut the mango flesh into cubes as well.
  7. 7. Peel the kiwis.
  8. 8. Cut the kiwis into bite-sized pieces.
  9. 9. Cut the lime in half.
  10. 10. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  11. 11. Place all prepared fruits into a large bowl.
  12. 12. Pour the lime juice over the fruits.
  13. 13. Mix the fruits thoroughly with the juice.
  14. 14. Take a second, clean bowl.
  15. 15. Add the quark to the bowl.
  16. 16. Add the crème fraîche.
  17. 17. Add the sugar.
  18. 18. Add the cinnamon.
  19. 19. Stir the quark mixture vigorously until smooth.
  20. 20. Place the cinnamon quark on the plates.
