🥤 Espresso Cinnamon Cocktail

Ingredients
- milk 600 ml
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- sugar 50 g
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- allspice 0.25 tsp
- cloves 0.25 tsp
- coffee 4 tbsp
- grappa 80 ml
- ice cubes 8 tbsp
- cinnamon stick 4 pcs
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring milk together with vanilla sugar, sugar, and spices to a boil, then remove from the heat and let cool. Strain through a sieve and store in the refrigerator.
- 2. Pour 200 ml of hot water over the coffee powder in a bowl and let it cool.
- 3. Add 150 ml of spiced milk, 50 ml of espresso, and 2 tbsp of grappa with ice cubes to a shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired. Prepare the remaining espresso cinnamon cocktails in the same way. Cheers!
