  1. 1. In a pot, bring milk together with vanilla sugar, sugar, and spices to a boil, then remove from the heat and let cool. Strain through a sieve and store in the refrigerator.
  2. 2. Pour 200 ml of hot water over the coffee powder in a bowl and let it cool.
  3. 3. Add 150 ml of spiced milk, 50 ml of espresso, and 2 tbsp of grappa with ice cubes to a shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired. Prepare the remaining espresso cinnamon cocktails in the same way. Cheers!
