Ingredients
- coffee 2.5 tsp
- brown sugar 100 g
- ice cubes 4 tbsp
- vodka 40 ml
Instructions
- 1. Put 2 tablespoons of ground coffee into a cup.
- 2. Pour 100 milliliters of boiling water over the coffee.
- 3. Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes.
- 4. Pour the finished espresso into a small saucepan.
- 5. Add 100 grams of raw cane sugar.
- 6. Let the mixture simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- 7. Pour the warm coffee syrup into a bottle.
- 8. Let the syrup cool down completely.
- 9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of coffee with 25 milliliters of hot water for the drink.
- 10. Let this espresso cool down as well.
- 11. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- 12. Pour 40 milliliters of vodka into the shaker.
- 13. Add 15 milliliters of the cooled coffee syrup.
- 14. Add 25 milliliters of the cooled espresso.
- 15. Shake the mixture vigorously.
- 16. Strain the drink into a glass.
- 17. Serve the Espresso-Martini immediately.
