  1. 1. Put 2 tablespoons of ground coffee into a cup.
  2. 2. Pour 100 milliliters of boiling water over the coffee.
  3. 3. Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour the finished espresso into a small saucepan.
  5. 5. Add 100 grams of raw cane sugar.
  6. 6. Let the mixture simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Pour the warm coffee syrup into a bottle.
  8. 8. Let the syrup cool down completely.
  9. 9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of coffee with 25 milliliters of hot water for the drink.
  10. 10. Let this espresso cool down as well.
  11. 11. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  12. 12. Pour 40 milliliters of vodka into the shaker.
  13. 13. Add 15 milliliters of the cooled coffee syrup.
  14. 14. Add 25 milliliters of the cooled espresso.
  15. 15. Shake the mixture vigorously.
  16. 16. Strain the drink into a glass.
  17. 17. Serve the Espresso-Martini immediately.
