  2. 2. Chop the peanuts and dried fruits into coarse pieces.
  3. 3. Put the peanut butter, butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a large bowl.
  4. 4. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer and a whisk until creamy.
  5. 5. Add the eggs one by one and mix well after each addition.
  6. 6. Mix the flour, baking powder, oat flakes, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  7. 7. Stir the dry mixture and the buttermilk briefly into the peanut butter mixture.
  8. 8. Fold the chopped peanuts and dried fruits gently into the batter.
  9. 9. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the surface.
  10. 10. Bake the cake in the oven for about 60 minutes.
  11. 11. Loosely cover the surface of the cake with aluminum foil towards the end of baking time to prevent it from browning too much.
