🍰 Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

Ingredients
- Butter 250 g
- Chocolate, dark 200 g
- Brown sugar 300 g
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 60 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Cocoa powder 50 g
- Sea salt pinch
- Peanut butter 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Grease a baking dish measuring 25 x 30 cm well.
- 3. Cut the butter into large chunks.
- 4. Chop the chocolate roughly.
- 5. Boil about 500 milliliters of water in a pot.
- 6. Place a metal bowl over the pot with the hot water.
- 7. Melt the butter and the chocolate in the metal bowl over the hot water bath.
- 8. Take a separate bowl.
- 9. Whisk the sugar and the eggs with a whisk.
- 10. Add the melted butter and chocolate.
- 11. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass.
- 12. Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa, and salt into the mixture.
- 13. Stir everything into a dough.
- 14. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- 15. Warm the peanut butter briefly in a pot or in the microwave.
- 16. Drop the peanut butter spoonful by spoonful onto the brownie batter.
- 17. Drag the spoon through the mixture to create patterns.
- 18. Bake the brownies in the oven for about 35 minutes.
- 19. Let the brownies cool down briefly.
- 20. Sprinkle them with a little sea salt.
- 21. Serve them warm or cold.
