Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- sugar 100 g
- eggs 1 pc.
- peanut butter 1 tbsp
- wheat flour, type 405 150 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- chocolate chips 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Beat 100 grams of soft butter in a bowl with a hand mixer until fluffy.
- 3. Add 100 grams of sugar, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter to the butter mixture.
- 4. Mix the ingredients for about 3 minutes until a creamy mass forms.
- 5. Stir 150 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder into the dough.
- 6. Finally, fold chocolate chips into the dough.
- 7. Spoon the dough onto two baking sheets into about 5-centimeter large balls.
- 8. Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes in the oven until they are lightly browned.
- 9. Serve the peanut butter chocolate cookies lukewarm or cold.
