🍰 Creamy Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients
- butter 250 g
- Sugar 160 g
- Vanilla Sugar 2 tsp
- Cocoa Powder 40 g
- Eggs 5 pcs
- Wheat Flour, Type 405 100 g
- Peanut Butter 150 g
- Milk 30 ml
- Peanuts, roasted and salted 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Grease a baking dish with some butter or line it with baking paper.
- 3. Add 200 grams of soft butter, 120 grams of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl.
- 4. Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds on speed 4 until creamy.
- 5. Add cocoa powder, 4 eggs, and the flour to the mixture.
- 6. Stir everything for 15 seconds on speed 4.
- 7. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- 8. Mix the batter again for 15 seconds on speed 4.
- 9. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- 10. Clean the mixing bowl for the next step.
- 11. Add 50 grams of butter to the clean mixing bowl.
- 12. Melt the butter for 3 minutes at 50 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
- 13. Add 40 grams of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, milk, 1 egg, and peanut butter.
- 14. Mix the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 4.
- 15. Dollop the peanut butter cream onto the brownie batter.
- 16. Swirl patterns into the cream using the back of a spoon.
- 17. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top.
- 18. Bake the brownies for approximately 30 minutes in the oven.
- 19. Let the brownies cool down completely.
- 20. Cut them into 12 pieces and serve.
