🍰 Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich

Ingredients
- blueberries, fresh 50 g
- bananas 1 pc.
- brioche loaf 0.5 pc.
- butter 2 tbsp
- peanut butter 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly and sort if necessary. Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds. Cut the brioche loaf into four thick slices.
- 2. Melt the butter in a pan over high heat. Fry the banana slices for about 2 minutes on both sides. Remove the banana from the pan and let it drain on a paper towel. Place the brioche slices in the pan and toast for about 2 minutes.
- 3. Spread peanut butter on the brioche slices. Top with the fried banana and blueberries, then serve the sandwich. Enjoy!
