  1. 1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly and sort if necessary. Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds. Cut the brioche loaf into four thick slices.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a pan over high heat. Fry the banana slices for about 2 minutes on both sides. Remove the banana from the pan and let it drain on a paper towel. Place the brioche slices in the pan and toast for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Spread peanut butter on the brioche slices. Top with the fried banana and blueberries, then serve the sandwich. Enjoy!
