🍽️ Peanut Tempura Batter

Ingredients
- peanuts, roasted and salted 2 tbsp
- organic limes 1 pc.
- wheat flour, Type 405 50 g
- cornstarch 50 g
- dry white wine 4 tbsp
- water 150 ml
- rapeseed oil 0.5 tsp
- salt pinch
- sunflower oil 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lime thoroughly and finely grate about 1 tsp of the zest. Chop the peanuts finely. In a bowl, mix with flour, starch, white wine and water to form a homogeneous batter. Season with lime zest and salt.
- 2. This batter is excellent for frying small vegetable sticks or pieces of meat. Simply dip the pieces in the batter and then fry in hot oil. Enjoy your meal!
