  1. 1. Rinse the lime thoroughly and finely grate about 1 tsp of the zest. Chop the peanuts finely. In a bowl, mix with flour, starch, white wine and water to form a homogeneous batter. Season with lime zest and salt.
  2. 2. This batter is excellent for frying small vegetable sticks or pieces of meat. Simply dip the pieces in the batter and then fry in hot oil. Enjoy your meal!
