🍰 Peanut Cookies

Ingredients
- peanuts, roasted and salted 150 g
- chocolate, dark 125 g
- butter 175 g
- salt pinch
- brown sugar 200 g
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- eggs 1 pc.
- wheat flour, Type 405 50 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- oats, fine 125 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan). Roughly chop the peanuts and chocolate.
- 2. In a bowl, cream together butter, salt, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar using a hand mixer. Stir in the egg, flour, and baking powder, then fold in the oats, peanuts, and chocolate at the end.
- 3. Using a tablespoon, place walnut-sized portions of dough with enough space in between on baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until crisp. Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet.
