🍰 Creamy Peanut Blondies with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 150 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- peanuts, roasted and salted 60 g
- eggs 2 pcs
- brown sugar 190 g
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- peanut butter 200 g
- vanilla ice cream 16 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Grease a baking dish measuring 20 by 20 centimeters with one teaspoon of butter.
- 3. Set the prepared dish aside.
- 4. Melt 150 grams of butter in a pot over medium heat.
- 5. Let the melted butter cool down briefly.
- 6. Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- 7. Finely chop the peanuts.
- 8. Add eggs, cane sugar, vanilla sugar, and peanut butter to the slightly cooled butter.
- 9. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until a thick liquid forms.
- 10. Add the flour mixture to the butter-egg mixture.
- 11. Add half of the chopped peanuts.
- 12. Stir everything together until a homogeneous dough forms.
- 13. Spread the dough mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- 14. Distribute the remaining peanuts evenly over the surface of the dough.
- 15. Bake the blondies in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- 16. Take the finished blondies out of the oven.
- 17. Let the blondies cool down completely.
- 18. Cut the cooled blondies into square pieces.
- 19. Serve the pieces with vanilla ice cream.
