🍰 Peanut Banana Waffles as a Sandwich

Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- sugar 70 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- eggs 2 pcs.
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- cocoa powder 40 g
- baking powder 0.5 packet
- milk 200 ml
- bananas 2 pcs.
- peanut butter 150 g
- chocolate sprinkles, dark chocolate 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, beat the butter with a hand mixer and a whisk until creamy. Then add sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt and mix well.
- 2. Beat the eggs and gradually work them into the mixture while stirring constantly. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and milk until a thick batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk.
- 3. Peel the bananas and slice them thinly.
- 4. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it. Place 2 tablespoons of batter into the mold each time and bake the waffles golden brown for about 2–3 minutes.
- 5. Spread half of the waffles with peanut butter, place the banana slices on top, and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Cover with the remaining waffles and serve the waffle sandwich. Enjoy your meal!
