🥤 Homemade Strawberry Syrup

Ingredients
- Strawberries 400 g
- Lemons 1 pcs
- Water 200 ml
- Brown sugar 400 g
- Vanilla sugar 0.5 packet
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green leaves.
- 2. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Place the water and the strawberry pieces into a pot.
- 5. Heat the mixture on medium heat until it boils.
- 6. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- 7. Let the strawberries steep for about 15 minutes.
- 8. Pour the strawberries through a sieve to catch the juice.
- 9. Place the collected juice, the lemon juice, the cane sugar, and the vanilla sugar into a clean pot.
- 10. Heat the mixture on medium heat until it boils again.
- 11. Let the syrup simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- 12. Pour the hot syrup immediately into sterilized jars or bottles.
- 13. Seal the containers tightly immediately after filling.
- 14. Store the syrup in a cool and dark place until you are ready to use it.
- 15. Consume opened bottles within 6 months.
