🥤 Strawberry Syrup

Ingredients
- Strawberries 500 g
- Lemons 1 pcs
- Water 350 ml
- Vanilla Sugar 4 tsp
- Sugar 350 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems, and dice them. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a pot, combine the strawberries with the lemon juice, water, vanilla sugar, and sugar, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Let simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally, until the strawberries break down. Skim off any foam that forms.
- 3. Strain the syrup through a fine sieve and pour it hot into clean bottles that have been rinsed with hot water. Seal the strawberry syrup well and let it cool.
