  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a pot over low heat.
  3. 3. Mix powdered sugar, salt, flour, and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. 4. Wash the strawberries and cut them into small cubes.
  5. 5. Roughly chop 100 grams of the white chocolate.
  6. 6. Stir the chopped chocolate and strawberry cubes into the flour mixture.
  7. 7. Lightly grease a muffin tin with the melted butter.
  8. 8. Whisk the remaining liquid butter, the egg, and the buttermilk.
  9. 9. Stir the liquid mixture briefly into the flour mixture.
  10. 10. Fill the batter into the muffin cups.
  11. 11. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
  12. 12. Bring a pot with about 150 milliliters of water to a boil.
  13. 13. Chop the remaining white chocolate.
  14. 14. Place the chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl.
  15. 15. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (place the bowl over the pot of hot water without touching the water).
  16. 16. Pour the melted chocolate into a freezer bag.
  17. 17. Cut off a small corner of the bag.
  18. 18. Decorate the cooled muffins with thin chocolate stripes.
