🍰 Muffins with Strawberries and White Chocolate

Ingredients
- butter 80 g
- Powdered sugar 100 g
- Salt Pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Strawberries 300 g
- Chocolate, White 120 g
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Buttermilk 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Melt the butter in a pot over low heat.
- 3. Mix powdered sugar, salt, flour, and baking powder in a bowl.
- 4. Wash the strawberries and cut them into small cubes.
- 5. Roughly chop 100 grams of the white chocolate.
- 6. Stir the chopped chocolate and strawberry cubes into the flour mixture.
- 7. Lightly grease a muffin tin with the melted butter.
- 8. Whisk the remaining liquid butter, the egg, and the buttermilk.
- 9. Stir the liquid mixture briefly into the flour mixture.
- 10. Fill the batter into the muffin cups.
- 11. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
- 12. Bring a pot with about 150 milliliters of water to a boil.
- 13. Chop the remaining white chocolate.
- 14. Place the chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl.
- 15. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (place the bowl over the pot of hot water without touching the water).
- 16. Pour the melted chocolate into a freezer bag.
- 17. Cut off a small corner of the bag.
- 18. Decorate the cooled muffins with thin chocolate stripes.
