  3. 3. Cut the lemon in half.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  5. 5. Place the prepared strawberries into the blender.
  6. 6. Puree the berries for 15 seconds on setting 4.
  7. 7. Add the jam sugar to the strawberry mixture.
  8. 8. Add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  9. 9. Cook the mixture for 20 minutes on setting 2 at 100 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Drop a teaspoon of the hot jam onto a cold plate.
  11. 11. Wait about one minute and check if the mass firms up.
  12. 12. If it is still liquid, cook it for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  13. 13. Repeat the test until the jam is firm.
  14. 14. Fill the hot jam into previously cleaned screw-top jars.
  15. 15. Seal the jars tightly.
  16. 16. Place the jars upside down to cool.
