  1. 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green leaves.
  2. 2. Put the sugar into the mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Close the lid and grind the sugar for 10 seconds on speed 10 until it becomes fine powdered sugar.
  4. 4. Add the washed strawberries, the mascarpone, and the vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Puree the mixture for 20 seconds on speed 8 until smooth.
  6. 6. Pour the ice cream mixture into a bowl.
  7. 7. Place the bowl in the freezer for about 6 hours.
  8. 8. Take the ice cream out and portion it onto small plates using a spoon.
  9. 9. Serve the ice cream immediately and enjoy.
