🍰 Creamy Strawberry Ice Cream with Mascarpone

Ingredients
- Strawberries 350 g
- Sugar 50 g
- Mascarpone 250 g
- Vanilla Sugar 1 packet
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green leaves.
- 2. Put the sugar into the mixing bowl.
- 3. Close the lid and grind the sugar for 10 seconds on speed 10 until it becomes fine powdered sugar.
- 4. Add the washed strawberries, the mascarpone, and the vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl.
- 5. Puree the mixture for 20 seconds on speed 8 until smooth.
- 6. Pour the ice cream mixture into a bowl.
- 7. Place the bowl in the freezer for about 6 hours.
- 8. Take the ice cream out and portion it onto small plates using a spoon.
- 9. Serve the ice cream immediately and enjoy.
