🍽️ Fruity and Spicy Strawberry Pepper Butter

Ingredients
- strawberries 50 g
- pepper, mixed 1 tsp
- butter 125 g
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries under running water.
- 2. Remove the green leaves and stems from the berries.
- 3. Cut the cleaned strawberries into small cubes.
- 4. Coarsely grind the peppercorns using a mill or a mortar.
- 5. Take the softened butter out of the refrigerator.
- 6. Add the strawberry cubes, the ground pepper, and the butter into a bowl.
- 7. Mix all ingredients vigorously together until a homogeneous mass forms.
- 8. Finally season the butter mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 9. Place a sufficient amount of baking paper on a clean work surface.
- 10. Place the butter mixture in the center of the baking paper.
- 11. Shape the butter into a compact roll using the paper.
- 12. Twist the ends of the roll tightly, similar to a candy wrapper.
- 13. Place the butter roll in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- 14. Take the roll out of the refrigerator after it has firmed up.
- 15. Carefully remove the baking paper from the butter roll.
- 16. Slice the butter into even slices.
