🥤 Fruity Strawberry Punch with Prosecco

Ingredients
- Strawberries 500 g
- Sugar 60 g
- Vanilla Sugar 20 g
- Vodka 100 ml
- Prosecco 2 L
- Mint, fresh 5 g
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries under running water.
- 2. Remove the green stems from all berries.
- 3. Cut most of the strawberries in half or into quarters.
- 4. Keep 10 small strawberries whole for decoration.
- 5. Place the cut strawberries into a bowl.
- 6. Sprinkle the berries with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- 7. Pour the vodka over the fruit.
- 8. Mix everything well until the ingredients are combined.
- 9. Cover the bowl.
- 10. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 11. Take the bowl out of the refrigerator shortly before serving.
- 12. Pour the strawberries along with the resulting juice into a punch bowl.
- 13. Fill the bowl with well-chilled Prosecco.
- 14. Wash the mint under cold water.
- 15. Gently dry the mint with a kitchen towel.
- 16. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 17. Distribute the punch evenly among the drinking glasses.
- 18. Place one whole strawberry in each glass.
- 19. Garnish each glass with a fresh mint leaf.
