  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries under running water.
  2. 2. Remove the green stems from all berries.
  3. 3. Cut most of the strawberries in half or into quarters.
  4. 4. Keep 10 small strawberries whole for decoration.
  5. 5. Place the cut strawberries into a bowl.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the berries with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  7. 7. Pour the vodka over the fruit.
  8. 8. Mix everything well until the ingredients are combined.
  9. 9. Cover the bowl.
  10. 10. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  11. 11. Take the bowl out of the refrigerator shortly before serving.
  12. 12. Pour the strawberries along with the resulting juice into a punch bowl.
  13. 13. Fill the bowl with well-chilled Prosecco.
  14. 14. Wash the mint under cold water.
  15. 15. Gently dry the mint with a kitchen towel.
  16. 16. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  17. 17. Distribute the punch evenly among the drinking glasses.
  18. 18. Place one whole strawberry in each glass.
  19. 19. Garnish each glass with a fresh mint leaf.
