🍰 Strawberry Vanilla Cream

Ingredients
- milk 500 ml
- vanilla pudding powder 37 g
- sugar 3 tbsp
- strawberries 500 g
- chocolate, white 50 g
- cream cheese, plain 300 g
- sour cream 200 g
- powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Pour the milk into a pot and heat it over medium heat until it boils.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix the vanilla pudding powder, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of milk.
- 3. Pour the milk mixture into the pot with the boiling milk.
- 4. Stir constantly and bring the mixture to a boil for about 3 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat and let the cream cool down.
- 6. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the leaves.
- 7. Slice 4 strawberries into rounds and dice the remaining ones.
- 8. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 9. In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, the cooled pudding, and the sour cream.
- 10. Sift the powdered sugar over the mixture and mix it in well.
- 11. Gently fold in the diced strawberries and the chocolate.
- 12. Divide the cream among small bowls.
- 13. Garnish each plate with the strawberry slices.
- 14. Serve the cream with crispy cookies or waffles.
- 15. For strawberry ice cream, pour the cream into a shallow freezing container.
- 16. Freeze the cream for at least 6 hours, stirring it regularly during this time.
- 17. Serve the ice cream while it is still creamy.
- 18. Alternatively, you can freeze the ice cream completely and let it thaw in the refrigerator for 45 to 60 minutes before serving.
