  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the vanilla pudding powder, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of milk.
  3. 3. Pour the milk mixture into the pot with the boiling milk.
  4. 4. Stir constantly and bring the mixture to a boil for about 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the pot from the heat and let the cream cool down.
  6. 6. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the leaves.
  7. 7. Slice 4 strawberries into rounds and dice the remaining ones.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the chocolate.
  9. 9. In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, the cooled pudding, and the sour cream.
  10. 10. Sift the powdered sugar over the mixture and mix it in well.
  11. 11. Gently fold in the diced strawberries and the chocolate.
  12. 12. Divide the cream among small bowls.
  13. 13. Garnish each plate with the strawberry slices.
  14. 14. Serve the cream with crispy cookies or waffles.
  15. 15. For strawberry ice cream, pour the cream into a shallow freezing container.
  16. 16. Freeze the cream for at least 6 hours, stirring it regularly during this time.
  17. 17. Serve the ice cream while it is still creamy.
  18. 18. Alternatively, you can freeze the ice cream completely and let it thaw in the refrigerator for 45 to 60 minutes before serving.
