  1. 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
  2. 2. Finely grate about 1 teaspoon of the zest.
  3. 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
  5. 5. Place 150 grams of the strawberries in a tall container.
  6. 6. Puree the strawberries together with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  7. 7. Slice the remaining strawberries.
  8. 8. Put the cream into a bowl.
  9. 9. Whip the cream stiffly using a hand mixer.
  10. 10. Place the cream cheese, crème fraîche, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a separate bowl.
  11. 11. Mix these ingredients well together.
  12. 12. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
  13. 13. Layer the cantuccini into a baking dish.
  14. 14. Drizzle half of the strawberry puree over the cantuccini.
  15. 15. Evenly spread half of the cream on top.
  16. 16. Top the cream with the sliced strawberries.
  17. 17. Add the remaining cream on top.
  18. 18. Pour the remaining strawberry puree over the tiramisu.
  19. 19. Let the tiramisu rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  20. 20. Wash the mint and dry it.
  21. 21. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  22. 22. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the tiramisu with the mint.
  24. 24. Serve the tiramisu.
