🍰 Strawberry Tiramisu with Cantuccini

Ingredients
- Lemons 1 pc
- Strawberries 500 g
- Whipping cream 200 ml
- Cream cheese, plain 200 g
- Crème fraîche 200 g
- Powdered sugar 50 g
- Cantuccini 300 g
- Mint, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 2. Finely grate about 1 teaspoon of the zest.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
- 5. Place 150 grams of the strawberries in a tall container.
- 6. Puree the strawberries together with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 7. Slice the remaining strawberries.
- 8. Put the cream into a bowl.
- 9. Whip the cream stiffly using a hand mixer.
- 10. Place the cream cheese, crème fraîche, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a separate bowl.
- 11. Mix these ingredients well together.
- 12. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
- 13. Layer the cantuccini into a baking dish.
- 14. Drizzle half of the strawberry puree over the cantuccini.
- 15. Evenly spread half of the cream on top.
- 16. Top the cream with the sliced strawberries.
- 17. Add the remaining cream on top.
- 18. Pour the remaining strawberry puree over the tiramisu.
- 19. Let the tiramisu rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 20. Wash the mint and dry it.
- 21. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 22. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.
- 23. Sprinkle the tiramisu with the mint.
- 24. Serve the tiramisu.
