  1. 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly. Remove the green leafy tops. Slice the berries lengthwise into thin pieces.
  2. 2. Wash the blueberries. Pick out any unripe or damaged berries.
  3. 3. Wash the thyme. Shake it dry. Remove the thick, woody stems.
  4. 4. Rinse the lemon under hot water. Slice it into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Place the prepared strawberries, blueberries, and thyme sprigs into an ice cube tray. Distribute them evenly.
  6. 6. Fill the tray with water. Place it in the freezer for about 8 hours.
  7. 7. Take the frozen fruit ice cubes out of the tray. Put them into champagne flutes.
  8. 8. Add a slice of lemon to each glass.
  9. 9. Fill the glasses with Prosecco. Cheers!
