🍰 Strawberry Chocolate Popsicles

Ingredients
- Strawberries 400 g
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Coating chocolate, milk 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the green leafy tops.
- 2. Slice four strawberries into rounds and quarter the remaining berries.
- 3. Place the quartered strawberries and the honey into a tall container.
- 4. Blend the mixture until smooth and fine using an immersion blender.
- 5. Pour the strawberry puree into your ice pop molds.
- 6. Place the prepared strawberry slices into the puree.
- 7. Insert the ice pop sticks into the molds.
- 8. Freeze the molds overnight.
- 9. Bring about 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
- 10. Coarsely chop the chocolate coating.
- 11. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl set over the hot water.
- 12. Briefly dip the ice molds into hot water to loosen the popsicles.
- 13. Dip each popsicle into the melted chocolate one by one.
- 14. Place the chocolate-coated popsicles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 15. Let the popsicles harden in the freezer for about one hour.
- 16. Arrange the finished strawberry chocolate popsicles and serve them.
