  2. 2. Slice four strawberries into rounds and quarter the remaining berries.
  3. 3. Place the quartered strawberries and the honey into a tall container.
  4. 4. Blend the mixture until smooth and fine using an immersion blender.
  5. 5. Pour the strawberry puree into your ice pop molds.
  6. 6. Place the prepared strawberry slices into the puree.
  7. 7. Insert the ice pop sticks into the molds.
  8. 8. Freeze the molds overnight.
  9. 9. Bring about 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
  10. 10. Coarsely chop the chocolate coating.
  11. 11. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl set over the hot water.
  12. 12. Briefly dip the ice molds into hot water to loosen the popsicles.
